Listening to young people’s experience has always been at the very heart of Talent Match, hearing both the positive help and the difficult barriers young people have faced on their unique journeys.
In order for the project and young people to learn and share that lived experience this report was to capture and share those important voices. Helping develop and evolve the support we provide while learning from other organisations like the National Lottery Community Fund who have learned so much from listening to young people nationwide.
