Take part in a full time, 5 day, money making training project to gain Retail related skills and experience.
You and a small team will create from scratch a store selling goods to the general public in a vacant town centre unit. The items you sell will be donated antiques, collectables, other goods and wholesale products from national brands.
Skills you will develop to run a successful store will be designing the store layout, undertaking market research, carrying out stock control, advertising, business planning, providing customer service and monitoring cash flow.
This is particularly great for those looking to build on team work skills and communication. Also for those looking to gain relevant experience within the retail industry or customer facing roles.
