Unit 1 – Planning a menu (both food and drinks)
Unit 2 – Silver Service Experience
Unit 3 – Serving alcoholic and none alcoholic drinks
Unit 4 – Dealing with a variety of payment methods
Unit 5 – Work towards and gain a Food Hygiene Certificate
You will gain a variety of knowledge and skills within customer service and leadership.
