Are you ready for a career in Rail?

Amazing opportunities to be had!
Infra Skills offer a fantastic Rail Training course that Talent Match clients have accessed over a number of years with individuals going onto have progressive careers within the Rail Industry. The opportunities are vast for those who complete this training.

The Rail Training requires any interested individuals to undergo a Drug and Alcohol screening. More information regarding this can be found by contacting the provider, who can offer advice and guidance on what this would mean and how this could impact someone who gains employment within the rail industry.

The course is full time over a period of 3 weeks, so learners are expected to attend 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) from 9am til 4pm. The training centre is based in Aston so it is worth bearing in mind that early morning travel will be required to arrive for 9am, so commitment is required.

The result of this course, if successfully complete is a Personal Track Safety qualification along with a CSCS Card, which are both required to allow you to work in this sector.

Negative behaviour will be challenged and positive attitudes required for this work will be encouraged.

CV’s will also be tailored so they are bespoke to the Rail Sector.
