- What do Employers look for in an employee
- Identifying your personal and transferable skills that would benefit a business
- Researching the types of opportunities currently available in the local labour market
- Making realistic action plans
- Researching relevant training that may be needed to get you to where you want to be
- Looking at your CV and Personal Statement
- Looking at how to prepare for an interview
You can utilise these skills to be able to achieve an Award in Employability at a Level 3/1.
