This course is great for anyone interested in health and fitness, but wants to gain more of an understanding.
You will develop a basic understanding of health and fitness after completing this course and will be able to begin to find out about possible qualifications in order to plan a career route in this sector.
You will learn about the benefits of exercise for you, learn warm ups and cool downs along with learning the correct techniques.
You will be able to take part in indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) sessions and assess your own fitness levels.
This programme is 6 weeks long and will also include you doing a first aid course.
