Information, Advice, Guidance & Support

Talent Match recognises your right as an individual to make your own choices. Talent Match is completely voluntary
and from the outset when you opt to join the program you are supported to make conscious informed decisions.

This is facilitated by your own mentor who adopts a solution focused approach to supporting you to address your individual barriers
that are preventing you from moving forward. Successful completion of your Talent Match journey will act as a platform that will increase
your confidence, motivation and optimism and will enable you to move forward, develop and grow.
