You will work with professional athletes who will Mentor you to reach your potential by mapping out appropriate training and helping you achieve the qualification you need.

The structure of your training will involve three elements-
- Support Training
Here you will be taught safeguarding and first aid etc - Qualifications
Gain your qualifications in Leadership and Coaching - Volunteering
Must do a minimum of 20 hours and attend a job club to work on CV
You can work with three different organisation to achieve your skillset and qualification-
- Dame Kelly Holmes Trust
You can get involved in their “Get on Track” scheme for the first three days of this course. You will link in with world class Athletes along your journey! You will take part in workshops focusing on engagement, communication and confidence building. You will even get the opportunity to take part in archery or rock climbing away days. - Wolves Community Trust
You will get to see how professional football club operates behind the scenes whilst taking part in a variety of sports and activities. - The Albion Trust
Along with developing your sports qualification you will be able to identify and develop skills in a variety of other areas too. These will include lifestyle, maths & English, money skills, self-esteem and social skills.
During the duration of this training you have the chance of being rewarded with tickets to matches, stadium tours and kit. Which is a great bonus!
